At Bluebird Bodywork Studio, we offer the high level of Bodywork expected from 10+ years in practice and 20+ years in Health Education. The studio offers a broad range of therapy modalities featuring Mat Based Bodywork, Dynamic Mobility, Athletic Stretching and Recovery Techniques, Texas Licensed Massage Therapy, Prenatal Bodywork, and broad range Myotherapy unique to the individual.
Bodywork is available and encouraged for the spectrum of adult life. Bluebird Bodywork Studio is functional and welcoming for every individual no matter the size, adult age, or condition.
Wymberley Pfalmer USAW L1 Coach/ NASM/ LMT/ NCBTMB Educator
Wymberley Pfalmer LMT opened Bluebird Bodywork Studio in 2014 in Uvalde, TX. With the mentorship of Howard Ponish D.C., over 18,000 hours of hands on work in Traditional Thai, Western Table Massage, and 20+ years of experience in Education and Coaching, she has a wealth of experience to create the most well received bodywork therapy there is to offer.
Wymberley Pfalmer LMT also created Freestyle Therapeutics Mat Based Therapy. It is a fully accredited (NCBTMB) modality based on a floor mat for optimal therapy for the spectrum of clients needs. She has taught this modality to people all over the world since 2019.
Wymberley Pfalmer has competed at the International Level in Olympic Style Weightlifting and coached athletes to qualify at the USA national level with her team Albatross Weightlifting. She has run marathons and half marathons in addition to weightlifting and a short stint of Crossfit. Now more than ever, it is apparent, the game never ends but the strategy does change.
Wymberley is in the business of longevity in the most functional and optimal levels.
